Meet Dr. Samuel Kirk Mills
Dr. Mills leads the Parent Leadership Development Center as the Founder and the President. In his 35 plus years of Christian Ministry, Dr. Mills is endowed with extensive biblical insights and applications for successful Christian living and parenting. Dr. Mills is an alumnus of Moody Bible Institute, Wheaton Graduate School (Billy Graham Scholar), and Northern Illinois University. He is the author of ‘The Bible Our Friend’ (a reading book for starting your child to love the Bible and to read it) and the ‘Crawling Walking Child Parenting Techniques Handbook. applications for successful Christian living and parenting.
